✦ ANNA RAY DESIGNS PRINT ON DEMAND COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR (1) SINGLE DESIGN ✦

• This Extended Commercial use License allows your small business to sell unlimited quantities of (1) ONE DESIGN purchased from Anna Ray Designs on any Print on Demand (third-party printing) sites.
• Designs are not included and must be purchased separately from the license. Please make sure to add the correct amount of licenses if you're purchasing multiple designs.
• An Extended-use License MUST be purchased if you'd like to use our designs for POD and you must be able to show proof of purchase upon request.
• License is not transferable and not refundable.

You must provide the following information at checkout (in personalization box):
Please provide the following information:
1. Your store name/ URL (Etsy shop, website, fb page, etc., where you will be selling your products).
2. Name of the design you're purchasing this license for (for previous purchases, note the order #).
*This information is required so you can be added to the approved seller’s list!

• By purchasing our 'Print on Demand Extended Commercial Use License- Single Design' you acknowledge and agree to the license terms and conditions.
• This license allows one small business the rights to sell unlimited quantities of (1) ONE DESIGN purchased from Anna Ray Designs on any Print on Demand (third-party printing) sites.
• This includes sites such as: Printify, Printful, Gooten, Apliiq, Gelato, etc.
• Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

✦ YOU MAY NOT ✦

• Copy, distribute, share or resell our digital files.
• Use the original unedited design(s) as a listing image. You must show how the file will look as a finished product in your listing images.
• Edit our digital files to be resold as new digital designs/prints/transfers.
• Use or display our designs in an electronic format that enables it to be downloaded, exported or distributed via mobile devices.
