1. Do you sell physical products?
No, all items in our shop are digital downloads only. Nothing is shipped in the mail.

2. What file formats are included?
Each listing includes a description of the exact file formats provided.
Please read the product details carefully before purchasing.

3. How do I download my files?
After your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your receipt and a download link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

4. I entered the wrong email. What should I do?
Email us at annaraydesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the correct email. We’ll resend your files.

5. My file won’t open. Can you help?
Absolutely! Email us and we’ll help you troubleshoot any download or file‑access issues.

6. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
If you need help accessing your files, we’re here to assist.

7. Is this the official Anna Ray Designs store?
Yes — the only official store is shopannaraydesigns.com.
If you see our name used elsewhere and something feels off, please let us know.

8. Can I use your files to make products like stickers, mugs, and t‑shirts for my business?
Yes, absolutely! You may use our designs to create physical products for your small business.
However, you cannot:
•     Resell, share, or redistribute our designs in any digital form
•     Re-sell the files as SVG, PNG, JPG, or any other downloadable format

9. Can I edit the designs?
Yes! You can resize, recolor, add names, or add extra elements.
Just keep in mind:
•    You may not alter our designs and re-sell them as your own digital files.
•    You may not edit our designs into anything harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

10. Do you offer Cricut or Silhouette tutorials?
We do not provide machine or software tutorials. For help with Cricut, Silhouette, or other cutting machines, please contact the manufacturer.

11. How long does it take to get a response?
We do our best to reply as quickly as possible.
Please allow a short window for responses, especially during weekends or busy seasons.
