• This Extended Commercial use License allows your small business to convert and sell unlimited physical products using (1) ONE DESIGN purchased from Anna Ray Designs as any Embroidery Machine-specific file formats.
• Designs are not included and must be purchased separately from the license. Please make sure to add the correct amount of licenses if you're purchasing multiple designs.
• An Extended-use License MUST be purchased if you'd like to convert our designs into Embroidery files and you must be able to show proof of purchase upon request.
• License is not transferable and not refundable.

• By purchasing our 'Embroidery Digitization Extended Commercial Use License- Single Design' you acknowledge and agree to the license terms and conditions.
• This license allows your small business to convert and sell unlimited physical products using (1) ONE DESIGN purchased from Anna Ray Designs as any Embroidery Machine-specific file formats.
• This includes: Sublimation, DTF/ UV DTF, HTV, Stickers & Decals, Iron-on, Printed/ Ready to Press Vinyl, etc.
• Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

• Copy, distribute, share or resell our digital files.
• Use the original unedited design(s) as a listing image. You must show how the file will look as a finished product in your listing images.
• Edit our digital files to be resold as new digital designs/prints/transfers.
• Use or display our designs in an electronic format that enables it to be downloaded, exported or distributed via mobile devices.

Terms of Use
By purchasing, downloading, or using any files from our shop, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These guidelines protect our artwork and ensure fair, respectful use for all creators.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Use the designs for personal projects and to create finished physical products for small‑scale commercial use. This includes personal crafts, gifts, and handmade items you sell, such as shirts, mugs, totes, stickers, home décor, and similar physical products.
• Use mockups for advertising with a visible watermark. You may showcase your products using mockups, but the design must be watermarked to prevent copying.
• Make small modifications to fit your product needs. You may resize, recolor, or adjust the design as needed for your physical items.
• Credit the shop (optional). Not required but always appreciated when you tag or mention us.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
• Resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files. Files may not be uploaded, emailed, posted, or shared in any form.
• Alter, trace, copy, or recreate the designs to make new digital products. You may not create derivative digital files, clipart, templates, or redesigns for resale.
• Claim the artwork as your own. Copyright remains with the original artist at all times.
• Sell designs on POD platforms, printed transfers, decals, or digitized embroidery files without an Extended Commercial License. A separate license is required for POD use, DTF/UV transfers, sublimation transfers, embroidery digitizing, and similar production methods.

License
All designs include a Standard Commercial License that allows up to 100 finished physical units. If you need permissions beyond this limit or plan to use the designs in specialized production methods, please purchase an Extended Commercial License.
STANDARD COMMERCIAL LICENSE
• Covers up to 100 finished physical products. This includes shirts, mugs, totes, stickers, and similar handmade items.
• Allows personal use and small‑scale commercial use. Perfect for hobby crafters and small businesses selling limited quantities.
• Does not cover POD, transfers, or embroidery digitizing. These uses require an Extended License.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE OPTIONS
We offer Extended Commercial Licenses for sellers who need expanded usage rights. Each license is available as a Single‑Design License or an Entire Shop License.
✔️ Embroidery Digitization License
Required if you plan to convert our artwork into embroidery machine formats (PES, DST, EXP, etc.)
✔️ Printed Transfer License
Required if you plan to sell DTF/UV/sublimation transfers, decals, or similar ready‑to‑press transfer sheets using our designs.
✔️ Print‑On‑Demand (POD) License
Required if you plan to upload our designs to Printify, Printful, Gelato, or similar POD services for printing and fulfillment under your own brand.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because digital files cannot be returned or “un‑downloaded,” we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases.
INSTANT ACCESS
Your files are delivered instantly after checkout. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
EMAIL ACCURACY
Please double‑check that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If the email is incorrect or does not exist, your download link may not be delivered.
