This is a Free Watermark Overlay that can be used to watermark all designs purchased from Anna & Ray Designs.
When purchasing our files you are required to include a watermark over our designs to advertise your products online. This can be done by using free programs such as Canva, photo editing apps, your own shop logo, or this completely free watermark. The Watermark Overlay we provide includes 2 PNG files (white/black) with transparent backgrounds to allow your products to be seen and displayed clearly.

• All designs are for personal/small business use.
• Extended License is required to sell printed transfers (See Licenses Section).
• Licenses are not transferable or refundable.
• Copyright does not transfer with purchase.

• You may use our designs to create FINISHED products for yourself or your small business! (Please watermark our designs when advertising)
• You MUST give credit to @annaraydesigns, when using our files on products advertised on Etsy, Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform.

• You may not COPY, DISTRIBUTE, SHARE, or RESELL our digital files (this includes sharing our files to be digitized into embroidery files).
• You may not EDIT our digital files to be resold as new digital designs.
• You may not use our files for Print on Demand or to sell Transfers and stickers such as Eco Solvent, DTF, UV, Heat Transfers or any other form of transfers/ready-to-use wraps unless you purchase an Extended Commercial License.

All of our products are Digital files, you will not receive a physical product. The files will be available for download once payment is confirmed, you will also receive an email with download links for your digital purchases.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please double check your program for supported file type before purchasing.
